These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 91pkr ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://91pkr.cam and all associated content, services and features made available through it (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing or using the 91pkr Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

91pkr is an English-language online betting information platform. We serve users across Pakistan — including cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — with transparent, informational content relating to sports betting, casino games, bonus terms and responsible gambling. All content is for informational purposes only.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an account on 91pkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf;
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction where applicable law prohibits or restricts online gambling;
• You must not be a self-excluded player, nor have been subject to any active exclusion or ban imposed by the operator or any affiliated platform;

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction;

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and permanent platform ban.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it;
• Notifying 91pkr immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
• Keeping your registered email address, mobile number and personal details up to date.

91pkr will never ask you to share your password by email, chat or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request purportedly from 91pkr, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.

By using the 91pkr Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law;
• Using automated bots, scripts, scrapers or any non-human tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities for personal gain; any such winnings will be voided;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, disputed transactions or any other financial manipulation;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity that contravenes anti-money laundering (AML) laws;
• Impersonating any other person or entity or misrepresenting your identity;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

91pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these prohibitions, at its sole discretion, and to report relevant conduct to appropriate authorities where legally required.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available through 91pkr are subject to specific individual terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, eligible games and maximum withdrawal caps.

The following general bonus rules apply across the Platform unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• One bonus per household/IP address: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per User, household, IP address, device, email address and payment method.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. For illustrative purposes, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 25× wagering requirement requires PKR 25,000 in qualifying bets. Always refer to the specific promotion's terms for the applicable multiplier.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, maximum bet per round may be restricted (for example, to a figure such as PKR 500 per round). Placing bets exceeding the maximum while a bonus is active may result in bonus void and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at lower rates (e.g., 10–20%). Check each promotion's game contribution schedule.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses not used or rollovers not completed within the specified validity period (typically 7–30 days) will expire and be removed from the account.

All financial transactions on 91pkr, including deposits and withdrawals, are subject to the following general conditions:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment instruments registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• 91pkr reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a valid CNIC or passport, proof of address, and a liveness/selfie check, as applicable.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are determined by the operator and the chosen payment method. Refer to the cashier section for current limits.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. No confirmed processing timelines are stated here — please consult the operator's cashier section for estimates.

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from 91pkr;
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering tools on the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Use of these marks without permission is strictly prohibited.

The 91pkr Platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 91pkr shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise;
• Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in Platform content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any service therein;
• Any third-party conduct, content or links accessible through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

91pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal activity;
• Submission of false, incomplete or misleading identity information;
• Multi-accounting or any attempt to circumvent platform security or bonus controls;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested;
• Any conduct that 91pkr reasonably believes poses a risk to the Platform, other users or third parties.

Upon termination, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Genuine real-money balances will be returned to the User subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.

Users may also choose to close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are also processed through the same contact.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 91pkr is incorporated or licensed, as applicable. By using this Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

91pkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 91pkr Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
